Talk to me about remote work and agile.

I believe remote work is the future of work. Therefore I advocate for remote work and geographically distributed teams in the agile world.

As an agile coach, I am on a mission to help people in agile organizations to experience freedom and happiness in their work. I am a co-owner of Management 3.0 and I have founded Remote Forever to do just that. On top of that I work as a consultant through Softhouse Stockholm where I get to get in the trenches and help different companies first hand as well as help develop a consulting firm that embraces all the values of agile and remote work.

I have coached several agile companies that work with distributed teams. I successfully coached the scaling of organizations across different countries as well as those that outsource parts of their business overseas.

I consider agile coaching of remote teams as the intersection of all my interests. I have a background in software development, project leadership, career coaching, event management and journalism. My diverse background and interests and my energetic (you can call it millennial) leadership style, give me an ability to create engaging and safe environments in which each individual would thrive to contribute to the results of the organization regardless of where they are located.

More specifically, I uses a unique blend of agile coaching, creative leadership, and software craftsmanship to equip leaders and other agile coaches with the knowledge and skills they need to help their companies embrace remote work while creating software in an agile environment.
