Necmettin works in IT Governance Department of Turkiye Finans Participation Bank as an IT Process, Quality and Performance Specialist. He currently is a member of quality management and review team that is primary party responsible for designing IT processes and managing process improvement actions. Particularly, he has consulted in the transformation of IT of the Bank from waterfall to Scrum that is the biggest in Middle East and East Europe in size and taking place in a highly regulated environment driven by COBIT regulations. Previously, he has spent some years in performance measurement and management of IT processes and Scrum specially.

His special interest and experience take shape around IT Governance, Process Design & Improvement, Performance Measurement & Management and Quality Management. From the frameworks, he closely works with ITIL, COBIT and Scrum. He also likes contributing the body of knowledge by sharing over his conference and journal publications melting practice and theory and serving as a reviewer for the international conferences.
